>U.S Shipping

We ship to all 50 U.S states with a flat shipping fee of $7.99 Monday-Friday. If your order is lost in transit it is unfortunately out of our hands, but we will try our best to help locate a missing package.

>Incorrect Address

Refunds are NOT available due to amount of incorrect addresses received. Please DOUBLE CHECK your address and contact us within 24 hours after placing orders if any issues arise. We will work with you case by case. 

>Mistake With Order (OUR END)

We will work with you to fix any issues on our end but you will  have to submit a picture of the order you received along with the packing slip via email. If no packing slip is provided during submission we will unfortunately be unable to help you.

>International Shipping

International shipping is currently ONLY available in Canada & Mexico. Customer is liable for any any importation fees.

>Returns/Refunds/Cancellations

Returns:

We are unable to take back any returns due to COVID-19. If there is an issue on our end, we will work with you to figure out the best solution. If issue is on your end and package is returned. We can reship for 7.99(We will cover price of new treats) or receive 50% of order not including the shipping fee.   

Refunds:

Refunds will be taken case by casePlease read descriptions for treats and/or contact us regarding any health conditions you may have prior to placing order as a full refund will not be made. 

Cancellations:

You may cancel your order within 24 hours to receive a full refund. If your order has not been shipped yet we will try our best to cancel your order. We cannot cancel order if already shipped. We understand mistakes happen but please be considerate of our time. As we try to ship out orders as efficient as possible.

>Sizes for our treats

We currently offer 4oz and jar orders (APPROX. 1LB). If you have ANY special request leave us a note at checkout or contact us directly via email. All treats have up to date descriptions on weights.

>How long does it take to receive my order?

Our current processing time is 2-7 days(Subject to change). Once your order has been processed(Tracking information sent out and worked on) we proceed to have it shipped out, this will usually take 2-3 days to arrive. If we are experiencing any delays, we will keep everyone updated on our social media and website. Please be aware we are a team of two currently, therefore checking our social media for any delays is the best option, prior to contacting. May take up to 48 hours before we contact you back. Please be aware that once your package leaves our hands it is out of our control but we will help you as best as we can to locate your package. All packages are insured.
